How long is the delivery time?
Expected delivery time is approx. 10 days. All orders are shipped from our international warehouse while we establish Norwegian storage. You will receive a tracking link by email when the package is sent.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Send an email immediately after placing your order — we will help you as quickly as we can. Once the package has been sent, we are unfortunately unable to make changes or cancel.
What is the return deadline?
You have 30 days to return your order. See our terms and conditions for details.
Is Norwegian storage coming soon?
We are in the process of shipping our inventory to Norway by sea freight — this takes approx. 30–40 days. Once Norwegian storage is in place, delivery time will be reduced to 1–3 business days.
