refreshed is easy to use — follow the steps below and enjoy flavored water without sugar or calories.
Get started
Fill the bottle with water
Fill the refreshed bottle with cold water to the desired level. The bottle works with both tap water and filtered water. Cold drinks give the best flavor experience.
Insert a pod
Unscrew the cap and place a refreshed Pod into the holder on the inside of the cap. Screw the cap back on firmly. The pod is now ready to use.
Drink and enjoy the flavor
Drink as normal. When you drink through the cap, the scent from the pod is activated, and your brain perceives the flavor through retronasal smell — completely without sugar or additives.
Replace the pod when the flavor fades
When you notice the flavor is weaker, it is time for a new pod. Remove the used pod and insert a new one — it only takes a few seconds.
Clean the bottle daily
Rinse the bottle with water after use. All refreshed bottles are dishwasher safe — we recommend daily cleaning for best hygiene.
